Eligibility for Transitional Housing
HomeToHarmony welcomes individuals who are committed to rebuilding their lives in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. To qualify for our transitional housing program, applicants must meet the following basic requirements:
Who Is Eligible:

Adults 18 years or older

Individuals experiencing homelessness, displacement, or unstable housing

Individuals in recovery who require a structured, substance-free living environment

Individuals re-entering society after incarceration who need support and stability

Survivors of domestic violence, trauma, or crisis situations

Individuals facing sudden life challenges such as job loss or eviction

Families or single parents in need of short-term housing support (based on availability)
Program Requirements:
To maintain a safe and supportive community, eligible applicants must be willing to:

Participate in case management and goal planning

Commit to a drug- and alcohol-free lifestyle while in the program

Follow all house rules, curfew, and safety guidelines

Engage in employment, education, or recovery programs as appropriate

Respect the privacy, safety, and wellbeing of all residents and staff
Who May Not Be Eligible:
For safety reasons, we may not be able to accept individuals who:

Pose a risk of violence or harm to themselves or others

Are unwilling to participate in program structure or case management

Require medical or mental health care beyond what our facility can provide

Are unable to comply with sobriety requirements (if applicable)
